THE RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Ability to read and understand blueprints
-
Responsible for administration in preparing estimates for Commercial HVAC projects
-
Shows creativity and resourcefulness to gain better pricing
-
Submits bids and budgets by the bid deadline
-
Solicits and maintains communication with customers, subcontractors and vendors
-
Estimate time, materials and equipment required for accurate bids
THE QUALIFICATIONS
-
3+ years of Commercial HVAC experience (Preferred)
-
Complete knowledge of the National Code and Local Codes
-
Valid driver’s license, 4 points or less and no DUI convictions within 7 years
-
Must pass a background check, drug test, and physical exam

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Exceptional time management, accountability, and prioritization skills
-
Self-motivated, goal- oriented, and driven to accomplish goals

Ability to be organized, problem solve, and be solution oriented
